A day run starting in Yatton, North Somerset (where breakfasts are available). The run of around 90 miles includes a steam heritage venue for a leisurely stop. Finishing in Nailsea with afternoon tea. £30 per car with afternoon tea at £7.50 per person (a proper afternoon tea!). All info at www.bamgoc.co.uk
A circular social run along roads and lanes, offering some stunning views of the landscape and coast of Devon before finishing with an optional cream tea. The route instructions will have brief notes on places associated with famous local people. £30 plus food.

The 35th South Downs Run will start again at Southdown Gliding Club Storrington, with the route taking in quaint villages nestled through the South Downs National Park arriving at Western Lawns, Eastbourne with Fish & Chips and Ice Creams awaiting you. Chichester MGOC are holding an MG Gathering at the picturesque Arundel Castle on Sunday, 21st September 2025. This event promises a unique and breath-taking setting for your classic MG, with the majestic castle and its enchanting grounds, set in the village of Arundel. EXCITING NEWS! – Advertising THE FYLDE MG OWNERS CLUB first Autumn Tour – prepared by our newly joined members, life long MG enthusiasts Grant and Barbara Humphreys (what super members to have, already organising something for us and we did not have to twist his arm!!) – This is something that our little club has never done before. We have organised little runs for our club members over the years, but never had the confidence throw open the application to all other MG Owners Clubs across the country. Having block booked The Crooklands Hotel (31 rooms) it would be lovely if we could get as many MG ers as possible to fill the rooms on a first come first served basis. We want to show you all, that here Up North, the magnificent countryside and scenery that we have right on our doorstep. This is going to be a mid-week 3 day event, taking place from Tuesday 23rd September to Friday 26th September 2025. The Hotel was originally a farmhouse dating back to the mid 1700s before being tastefully converted and extended into the lovely Hotel that you see today. We have negotiated a deal with this Hotel for a three nights stay – Standard Double or twin rooms at the discounted rate of £171.83 per room per night or if you wish to treat yourself - A Deluxe Double room at the discounted rate of £184.58 per room per night.
These rates are to include Dinner, Bed and Breakfast for two people sharing a room with a complimentary first drink with your evening meal. If you wish to attend this event, in the first instance please call the Hotel on 01539 567432 to reserve a room quoting The Fylde MG Owners Club Autumn Tour before March 31st to take advantage of the discounted rates – the Hotel will need your e mail address as confirmation of your booking, the hotel booking system will take 20% deposit 12 weeks prior to our visit with the remaining balance to be taken 4 weeks prior to our visit. Once you have booked your Hotel room you will be forwarded your Entry Form to the event via e mail. Tour runs will be on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th September, Wednesdays Run will take in The Northern Lake District and Thursdays Run will explore The Western Yorkshire Dales. The Hotel has reserved The Hayloft Suite for the evening meals for all Tour Entrants to dine together, meeting new friends and discussing the day’s events.
The Entry fee is £50.00 per car to cover the cost of Rally Plaques, Printed Road Books containing routes and information on places of interest etc. plus the cost of Morning Coffee stops on both runs.
