MG Events

  1. South Downs Run

    Please join us on the ever popular “South Downs Run”. Starting at Whiteways above Arundel, the route is for a large part shadowed by the South Downs National Park. Take your time, take in the views of the quaint villages nestled under the rolling hills. Then head over the magnificent Beachy Head with views over the English Channel and then dropping down to our destination the Western Lawns of Eastbourne.

  2. Return of the Brunel Weekend

    Brunel Run £30 (Saturday 10th September) Full Brunel Weekend £75 per person (9th to 11th September) (includes two nights indoor accommodation, cooked breakfasts , Brunel Run, Saturday evening meal and entertainment. Camping also available. Details and booking form at www.bamgoc.co.uk.

  3. Dales Trail 2022

    Join the Yorkshire Dales MGOC on the Dales Trail. Entry fee is £25 and includes tea, coffee, plaques, and route books. Proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Care. For details and booking, please visit www.ydccc.co.uk

  4. The Gathering of The Clans 2022

    Scotland's premier MG event, The Gathering of The Clans 2022, is being held on Sunday 25th September, at the Scottish Antiques Centre, Doune, Perthshire, FK16 6HG, from 10:00am-3:00pm.

    Open to all ages and models of MG vehicles.

    £5 entry per vehicle, payable at the gate on the day.

  5. Basingstoke MGOC Doughnut Run

    Join Basingstoke MGOC for a 70 ish mile route through the beautiful Hampshire and Berkshire countryside. Starting at Basingstoke's Milestones Museum and finishing at Highfield Park Hotel in Heckfield. Coffee and Doughnuts provided at the start, and optional cream tea at finish.   6. Goodnight Sweetheart Run

    Join Area Club 0607 for their annual Goodnight Sweetheart Run. Starting at the Donkey Derby in Chesterfield at 9:00am, sandwiches will be available, and free drink. Our final run of the year, before the cars go back into storage. The route will travel through the Peak District, finish yet to be confirmed. Please contact for more information.

  7. MGB 60th Anniversary

    Join us to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the iconic MGB at the iconic British Motor Musuem, Gaydon, Warwickshire. This will be a great event for all MGB owners and enthusiasts, not forgetting all MG fans. 

    Entry fee includes: 
    Entry to the Musuem and the Collections Centre, which is the worlds largest collection of historic British cars including many MGS of all types. 
    A star exhibit for the MGB fan is the cross sectioned MGB GT. 
    Hundreds of MGBs will be there for you to look over in the car park, there will also be a timeline of all MGB models from 1962 to 2022 together with significant competition cars and models of interest. 
    In addition: Club stands, trade stands, entertainment, sponsor displays and an MGB 60 commemorative musuem. 
     
    The first 400 MGBs that purchase the optional special commemorative rally plate will have a reserved parking area in front of the musuem.

  8. MGOC Travel Club Mons Classic

    Join fellow classic car enthusiasts for the inaugural 'Mons Classic' event open to all marques of classic car. This three-day tour has been developed in conjunction with the Belgian Tourist board and it starts in the 'Grand PLace' of Mons, where special access has been granted to enable us to park our cars. 

    You will have a two night stay in the four-star Martins Dream boutique hotel situated just off the main square. You will be able to enjoy a road run around the countryside of Wallonia and a traditional Belgian dinner on the Grand-Place.
    £399 per person based on two in a car sharing a room. Additional nights are available from £155 per room/per night. B+B including parking.

  9. MGOC Kimber Run

    Join the MGOC for the Kimber Run 2022, starting at the Great British Car Journey Musuem in Ambergate, Derbyshire. Set off on a circular route of the spectacular Derbyshire Dales.
